- Absolutely! You can reassign, resolve, reopen, edit summary and add a comment to a bug. Future Bugbox versions will add more detailed bug update functionality such as add / edit / remove keywords, milestones, priority, and severity.
- How is Bugbox so much faster than Safari?
- Bugbox downloads bugs to your iPhone or iPod touch, and uses a background thread to keep this local copy in sync with the Bugzilla server. You always interact with this local copy, so you can browse bugs at light speed regardless of the quality of your network connection.
- How long does the initial bug download take? And how long does each sync take?
- The initial bug download after install takes 2-3 minutes on Wi-Fi. Each subsequent sync takes 10-30 seconds, depending upon the number of new bugs.
- Is there a way to view a particular bug in a web page from within Bugbox?
- Yes. At the bottom of each bug view there is a link called Web View. Click on it to see the bug exactly as you would in a browser.
- What if the XML-RPC API is not enabled on my =Bugzilla ?> server?
- On your iPhone go to Settings > Bugbox, and set XML-RPC API to off. Now relaunch Bugbox.
